These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pethra website and waitlist (the "Service"), operated by Pethra Inc. ("Pethra", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service is currently provided to share information about Pethra and to allow visitors to join a waitlist for early access to our product. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Service by any third party.

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms, and not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the operation of the Service, including through automated submissions, scraping, or spam.

2. Account & Access Responsibilities

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Pethra or any future product. If and when you are granted access to closed testing or any beta version of the app, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials issued to you and for all activity that occurs under your access.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Pethra name and branding, is the property of Pethra Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

4. No Warranty

The Service, including any beta or early-access version of the Pethra app, is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Pethra makes no guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, especially during beta or closed testing phases.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pethra Inc. and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including waitlist status or beta access, at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.
